Right to access:
You have the right to access your data. This policy is outlined in more detail in section 8.3 of our Privacy Policy. To request access, send a written request to kimj@fcica.com. We will compile all personal data and send you a report of your data within 30 days of your request, providing the rights and freedoms of others are not affected.
Right to rectification:
You have the right to correct any inaccurate data. You may access and correct some of this data by logging into your Member Center account and entering the Personal Information section. If you believe any other personal data is incorrect, send an email to kimj@fcica.com and we will rectify it for you.
Right to be forgotten:
You have the right to erase your data. This policy is outlined in more detail in section 8.5 of our Privacy Policy. To request erasure, send a written request to kimj@fcica.com. We will delete all personal data unless we are legally obligated to keep it (i.e. bookkeeping law requires data to be stored for a certain period of time). We will complete this process and send you a report of deleted data within 30 days of your request. Please note this process is by its nature irreversible, and once we begin deleting your data you cannot change your mind.

1. Introduction
1.1 This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our website visitors and members; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. Publicly available information, such as a public directory listing of your name, address, telephone number, or electronic address, is not considered to be personal information.

8.11 If you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws and requests to FCICA have not led to resolution, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
8.12 To the extent that the legal basis for our processing of your personal information is consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
8.13 You may exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal data by written notice to us. This can be done via the contact information provided in section 12.
9. About cookies
