Instructor, PJ Arthur, founder of NFIC, the Natural Fiber Installers Certification, started in the trade in 1964 as apprentice when woven and tufted carpet was the only product on the market. NFIC was established in 2006 to train and certify installers in woven carpet techniques. While synthetics have come and gone, woven and tufted wools haven't changed their integrity in over 100 years.

Anastasia Adams is the National Estimating Manager for Diverzify. An army veteran, Anastasia has over 12 years in the construction industry. She has held positions in the industry as both a designer and estimator.
