Whether contracting directly with the customer, working as a subcontractor, or contracting with a retailer, it is important to understand the terms in your contracts and what terms you may need to add. Whatever form is used, there are contract clauses that can limit your rights and others that protect you. In this session you'll learn what clauses are needed and those that need to be modified to protect yourself.
Jeffrey King has over 45 years of experience advising on and litigating complex lawsuits with a focus on construction, contracts, employment, antitrust and intellectual property. He regularly advises clients on employment, contract, construction, corporate, and antitrust issues.
